Instructions

Quinoa preparation

  1. Washing the Quinoa: Start by rinsing the quinoa well under running water to remove the natural bitter taste. Place the quinoa in a sieve and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cooking QuinoaIn a medium saucepan, add the quinoa and vegetable stock (or water). Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
